Fax Us Your Signature
In order to digitally sign documents within ApRecs you must add an electronic copy of your signature. To add your signature to your profile (and/or to the licensed applicator’s profile) you will need an image of the signature.
If you are comfortable taking a photo or scanning your signature you are welcome to do so and then upload it into the system. We suggest using a clean, white piece of paper.
Otherwise, you may fax us your signature using this ApRecs Signature Form and we’ll add it for you (typically within 1-3 business days).
Add The Signature Yourself
To add the signature, first scan and save a copy of the image to your computer, if you have an image editing software such as Microsoft Paint you can crop and edit the image. If you can “Save As…” and choose “.gif” then the image will load faster in the system.

To add a photo to your profile (or to the Applicator’s profile):
Under "My Account"
1. Click Logins
2. Load Signature from your computer (select the image from your hard drive)
3. Press Update to Save Chanages
4. You can optionally add signatures to your Licensed Applicators as well
