Reports are available under the “Reports” menu heading. Certain customer reports (profile summary, field listings, etc.) are also found in the “My Account” section.
The available options (subject to your license type) include:
Export - The most basic of reports, export is designed to allow all (or filtered) data to be exported to csv for use by 3rd party systems.
Application Records (Premium) - This graphical report allows you to interact with filtered/searched/sorted Application Record data and then save all of the records as PDFs to a single zip file. This is very handy for archiving and back-ups as well as sending “virtual hard-copies”.
Applicator (Premium) - Similar to the Application Records Report the Applicator report is formatted to calculate hours and sort by Applicator or Handler for Labor Safety and other reporting needs. It can be easily printed or saved as a PDF.
Agile (Premium) - Custom reporting on demand. You can create your own custom template reports from most any reportable field. Then you can re-name the categories, sort/filter and export or save them for the future as a template.
PHI Conflict (Processor) - Pre-Harvest Interval Conflict reporting is designed to integrate with the PSP Receiving Application or your third-party reporting system to validate the actual harvest date against system records (either internal or external) to determine if PHI conflicts may exist.
This report can be designed to run in real-time at the dock, daily or in summary notification mode. Your implementation specialist will work with you on the best method for your operation.
Post-Harvest Application (Processor) - This report allows you to report on Post-Harvest Applications (made to the product after it has been received at the processor). All information can stand alone or be integrated with other pool, harvest or storage data.
Market Template / Product Watch (Processor) - The Market Template and Product Watch reports allow you to query in real-time or schedule automated reports of events that require your attention.
Processors are able to share Market Profiles that identify products, rates, dates or levels (or a combination thereof) and trigger pro-active warnings and post notifications upon a rule violation. For more information see: Creating Product Watch Templates
