PHI Conflict (Applies to Processor License Only) Pre-Harvest Interval Conflict is designed to integrate with the PSP Mobile Applications (Advisor, Receiving or Call Mode) or your third-party reporting system to validate the actual harvest date against records (either internal or external) to determine if any PHI conflicts may exist.
How The PHI Conflict Report Works
How the information comes into your ApRecs system depends on your preferences. Information can be gathered via the ApRecs system by using our mobile Applications (Q1 -14). If these applications are used, the anticipated and actual harvest dates can be automatically associated.
Alternatively, ApRecs can work with you to integrate reports from your existing system which can be entered into ApRecs automatically via API or e-mail or via manual upload. It can be designed to run in real-time at the dock, daily or in summary notification mode. Your implementation specialist will work with you on the best method for your operation.
