Work Orders Save Time and Improve Accuracy
Using printed work orders will help you to save time and keep more accurate records. They automatically include location information in the form of check boxes so all you have to do is enter the time date (#1) and weather information (#2) then check box on where the products were applied (#3) and you’re good to go.
These pen/paper records are easily kept in you shed until the records are complete and then entered into your online account. Because we have organized all of the information on the paper form to match identically with the online form entering records is simple, fast and accurate.
Creating Work Orders
To create a Work Order from an Application Record, simply select the Application Record from the Application Records Table on the main screen (Grower) and then click on the “Work” tab directly above.
A work order can also be created automatically and included when a Field Advisor creates and e-mails an electronic recommendation from ApRecs. The Work Order is attached as an editable spreadsheet (XLS).
