To Delete a Recommendation (REC): See Delete Invalidate or Change Recommendations
You May Want To Save A Copy
Records can be easily deleted by the owner of the records (but not Customer Care). Please note however that once you delete a record it is gone. This can only be done when the status is "new". Once a record is "complete" it can not be deleted. (We recommend that you save a copy of the record if you think you’ll ever need it again.)
To Save a Copy
- Select the Record from the Application Records Table and then click "View/Print"
- A New Window/Tab will appear (watch for pop-up blockers) with a PDF
- Print or Save the PDF Record to your Computer and give it a name that’s easy to remember.
To Delete A Record
- Select the Record from the Application Records Table and then click "Delete"
